Language:

The official language of the meeting will be English.

Presentations:

Both oral and poster presentations require previous registration.
Participants willing to contribute with oral or poster presentations are requested to indicate their intention in the registration form.

All submitted contributions will be scrutinized by the conveners, which reserve the right of acceptance/refusal and of determining the presentation form (oral/poster). 

Oral presentations
A 20 min time slot is allocated for oral presentations (15m + 5m discussion) which will be organized in chaired sessions. Audiovisual facilities will be available at the conference room.

Poster presentations
Poster presentations require the presence of the author(s) during a time slot allocated for a short presentation. Maximum poster size: 120 cm (height) x 85 cm (width).

 

Abstract Guidelines

Page format
The pages must be in DIN A4 format (21 cm x 29.7 cm). The margin must be 2.5 cm on all sides. There must be no headers or footnotes and no page numbers. Apart from the title and the details of the authors and the affiliations, the entire remainder of the space on the page can be used for formatted text.

Font
The font used must be TIMES NEW ROMAN. All the text must be in 10-point font with single line spacing.

Layout
Title must be written first, then authors, and finally affiliations (each section in separate paragraphs). The three sections must be centred and separated from each other by a blank line and two from the abstract text.

Title
The title must cover no more than three lines.

Authors and Affiliations
Author surname(s) are written out in full, followed by a single space (without comma), and then the initial(s) of first name(s). When several institutions are named, a superscripted numeral must be placed without any empty space immediately after the first name initial (s) of the author to which the institution relates. Each address should not exceed a single line.
